Just came across this cool Japanese website called MP Change. You can upload a picture of your face and after that the application creates a video out of it in which your face, mouth and eyes move. Furthermore you can also change your hair, put a mustache etc. It looks all quite natural.

I tried it out. It’s technically impressive, but the effect isn’t natural-looking. It’s creepy. If you want to make your friends look like they are in a horror movie, upload them.
And when I tried to upload a photo, SELinux blocked the Flash plugin to access my ~/.ssh folder.
Now what would it be doing in my ~/.ssh folder ? o_O
I followed the link, and got a page mostly in Japanese but which clearly indicates that it wants me to download Flash. And bochecha’s comment certainly provides further evidence that I’ve made the right decision *not* doing so.
Sigh, when will web developers figure out that you can do just about anything *without* Flash, and do it better as well?
