I'm not familiar with any app for bluetooth that makes this easy. In my experience first the phone needs to be showing it's bluetooth network then you need to setup connection. That is possibly the most over-engineered solution to a simple problem that I've ever had the misfortune read. Bluetooth was invented for this sort of thing and does it perfectly well.
